To join our team and contribute significantly to the creation of AI-driven automation solutions that boost productivity and produce excellent outcomes, we are seeking an ML-Engineer (f/m/d). In addition to contributing to the expanding development of AI in BMG and the music industry, you will be in charge of designing, coding, and optimizing AI cloud-based services that use neural networks and LLMs to automate processes as part of a vibrant and committed team of software and machine learning engineers.

What you will be doing?
. Create and implement scalable AI-powered automation solutions that satisfy present and future business requirements.
. Work collaboratively with data science teams, engineers, and product managers to smoothly incorporate AI models into automated processes.
. Assure the development of software that is reliable, maintainable, and high-performing while following best practices for AI system architecture and software engineering.
. Diagnose and enhance AI-powered automation systems to increase their dependability, accuracy, and efficiency.
. Make sure AI models and automation solutions fulfill quality requirements and function reliably in a range of scenarios by thoroughly testing and validating them.
. Keep up of the most recent developments in automation, AI, and LLMs. Integrate state-of-the-art solutions to boost system capabilities and spur creativity.
. Through a variety of research and development initiatives, apply and test cutting-edge neural networks and transformers to thoroughly assess their performance and implement significant AI solutions that revolutionize the music business.
What you bring?
. Five or more years of expertise in automation, software engineering, or machine learning, along with a track record of creating and implementing AI-driven solutions
. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline that focuses on software development, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
. Knowledge with programming languages like Python, Java, or other pertinent languages frequently utilized in the creation of AI and automation
. Practical knowledge in implementing APIs and incorporating ML models into operational settings
. Practical knowledge in ML model implementation, training, fine-tuning, and assessment in an R&D setting (DNN, DT, Transformers, LLMs)
. It is advantageous to have scientific papers and research expertise.
. Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of working well in agile teams while adjusting to shifting priorities and needs.
. An advantage is having knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment (such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud), which allows AI systems to scale well.
. Outstanding communication abilities, including the capacity to explain intricate technical ideas to stakeholders who are not technical
